RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • All hair Sales are final.  We do not provide refunds, so be sure to review your order carefully before completing check out. 

  • We do accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase but the hair must be unaltered(not combed, brushed, dyed, or installed) and must include all tags in the original packagaing. Customers may exchange for another product of equal value or within the same range

SHIPPING POLICY & WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

Ready-To-Ship Items: Wig units and Bundles listed as "Ready to Ship" are shipped immediately. Expect delivery within 2-5 business days via Standard shipping or 1-3 business days via Express Shipping.

All purchased items that’s not listed under “Ready To Ship” are considered Pre-Orders  please allow 5-7 business days for processing. 

PICK-UP/DROP OFF ORDERS 
  • Pick-up and Drop Offs are only available Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm| Saturday: 10am-4pm

  • Pickup orders can be placed using our website. Please be sure to select the “pickup” option at checkout and pick up location will be sent 2-4 hours after purchasing.  

  • Deliveries outside of the Atlanta area will incur an additional $20 fee.

SHIPPING POLICY

**Shipping address & billing address must match name on file** example: Order name must match name on card and shipping address provided.

Once your package leaves our hands and is in transit, Dream Galore Co. cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. For any delivery inquiries, please reach out directly to the carrier service assigned to your order.
