RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All hair Sales are final. We do not provide refunds, so be sure to review your order carefully before completing check out.

We do accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase but the hair must be unaltered(not combed, brushed, dyed, or installed) and must include all tags in the original packagaing. Customers may exchange for another product of equal value or within the same range
SHIPPING POLICY & WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
Ready-To-Ship Items- Wig units and bundles labeled as "Ready to Ship" are shipped immediately. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days via Standard shipping or 1-3 business days via Express Shipping.
All Wig Units and Bundles over 30 inches are considered "Pre-Orders". Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
PICK-UP/DROP OFF ORDERS

Pick-up and Drop Offs are only available Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm| Saturday: 10am-4pm

We accept Zelle or Cash ONLY !!! If paying with cash we require a card on file before pickup or drop off is approved, due to safety precautions. Please note payment MUST be sent before pickup address is sent!

All pickup and drop off orders MUST be placed 2-4 hours ahead of time to ensure timely delivery or pickup frame!
